Here’s the menu for this week’s meals. I hope I have as much luck sticking to this as I did last week….
Monday-
Breakfast-cereal or oatmeal
Lunch- leftovers (pizza)
Dinner- lentil sausage salad
Tuesday-
Breakfast- cream of wheat
Lunch- leftovers (lentil sausage salad)
Dinner- roasted veggie risotto (using the leftover veggies from the sushi on Sunday)
Wednesday-
Breakfast- cereal/oatmeal
Lunch- leftovers (risotto)
Dinner-Shepherd’s Pie
Thursday-
Breakfast- cream of wheat or oatmeal
Lunch- leftovers (shepherd’s pie)
Dinner- out (Dev’s class night)
Friday-
Breakfast- eggs/bacon
Lunch- leftovers
Dinner- pizza
